Maybe DSS just wants every school closed?

As found in the Sacramento Bee, another local private school is facing a possible shutdown by DSS.  Sacramento Montessori has a pending DSS action due to their failure to follow regulations and comply with DSS orders.

We have seen over and over CFS supporters laying claim that the school shutdown was a conspiracy.  The fact remains, it simply wasn't.  This pending action against Sacramento Montessori shows, once again,  that you cannot thumb your nose at the regulations that have been set forth as a condition of your childcare license and remain open.  The allegations against Sacramento Montessori are similar to earlier complaints that Creative Frontiers received.  Children to staff ratios, unsupervised children, lack of security clearances - the very same complaints filed and substantiated against CFS.

We teach our children to follow the rules set for them yet we see adults cry "Its not fair!".  Who is setting the example for these kids to be accountable and responsible for their actions and choices? These regulations are in place for a reason.  The help to ensure the safety of the children in their care.  Ignore those rules and there will be consequences.  Ignore them too many times and you lose the privilege of operating.
