Delay is the name of the game

Not that anyone is actually surprised, but there is yet another "delay" in the case.  The case has now been continued to December from Robert Adams court case today, October 26th, 2012.  I was not there, but was told this time the delay was due to a "scheduling conflict."

  1. My thoughts.... "An innocent man would be jumping up and down, demanding to be heard and prove his innocence. They claim to have all the evidence to clear his "good" name, yet continue to hedge, delay, slither and slide. Just so he knows... we won't forget about it, and all the delays in the world won't keep him from being served what is due... that bottom feeder, Parisi is famous for her continuations... heck.. one case is 28 years old...(the quality of her clientele should prove her worth) but you know what... those people (with a brain or even half a brain) who are believers must be wondering why these delays continue to take place..."
Hang in there innocent victims.. your time will come.. and he will be punished.

  2. Any word on what happened to the December hearing? I can't find any record on it so I am assuming another delay?

  5. Big day today. The Sacramento Bee had coverage and live tweets from the courtroom. I hope this mess can finally be resolved soon!

  6. Finally held to appear. The judge has ordered him to trial after 4 days of preliminary hearings. April 4th will not come soon enough!

  7. Dear doubting CFS,
Hello, I'm just wondering why there hasn't been any activity on here in quite a while. There has recently been a lot of court dates, and as of today, Robert Adams is going to trial. I am looking forward to reading the good, great, and darn near crazy posts from people. Thank you. A concerned father.

  8. So I see we will be moving forward with a trial after all. Looking in the comments section of the bee, many of the people that were so supportive of Mr. Adams before seem to have moved on. Is it because they know there may be some VERY serious evidence in this case that does not look too good for Mr. Adams? Looks like there is some merit in this "witch hunt" after all. For the sake of the children involved, I was hoping this was all a terrible misunderstanding, but I fear that's not the case. I suppose we will see once the trial begins.
